The Villa

The architecture is built from three geometric cubes joined into a single spatial idea. The central block holds the living room under a seven metre void with fully glazed facades, working as an architectural arch that connects the two side volumes. The pure white exterior gives the cubes a floating lightness, and the strict geometry is balanced by the dynamic curve of the blue pool. Inside, the blue side holds the kitchen and bar, the red side holds the media lounge.

Built for Sound, Light and Gathering

The villa is equipped with a professional Yamaha sound system: two floor standing front speakers, six suspended speakers and a subwoofer, complemented by a vinyl turntable, an amplifier and signal management. The courtyard holds a BBQ lounge sized for a large group, with a compact kitchen and professional grade steak facilities.

The Bedrooms

The 59 sqm master splits into a sleeping zone and an active leisure zone, with a bathroom opening onto a private tropical garden. Three further bedrooms each carry their own colour identity, orange for party energy, blue and green for an after party mood, and neutral tones for deep rest. Every bedroom has its own private terrace overlooking the pool. Throughout the house hangs a collection by Dutch abstract artist Club Uday Mastenbroek.
